Drupal Project Manager (contractor OR permanent)

What you'll do:

• Work on multiple Drupal 8 based projects / programme for a large international client being active on 30+ markets.
• You’ll be working with the latest Acquia / Drupal 8 solutions therefore technical background / experience is an advantage
• Manage project related client relationships; support the senior account team in the RFP process, participate in client presentations and manage expectations from delivery POV.
• Communicate expectations to Drupal project team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, testing and launch.
• Organize and facilitate project team meetings (internal & client), collect, organize and communicate meeting notes.
• Create and oversee project schedule; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality control issues; write and present project plans/risks in collaboration with other team members.
• Collect, log and communicate resource time forecasting and review and approve project resource time, expenses and invoices.
• Understand and control project scope, applying change management processes as required.
• Work with the production / discipline leads to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline and scope.
• Develop project documentation for all projects.
• Oversee the creation of goals and strategy throughout the project.
• As a mentor support new project managers during the onboarding process and actively collaborate with the project director in the process of building up new and fine-tuning existing practices, principles and templates for managing projects.
• Represent POSSIBLE values to clients and team members.
